Geothermal
Geothermal, or “ground source” heating and cooling is the most efficient way to heat and cool your home or business. We use a series of water filled loops to extract renewable heat from the ground in the winter, and to reject heat from your house in the summer. This eliminates the need for any noisey equipment sitting outside in the elements, as well as any gas or flue piping used for most conventional heating and cooling systems. An added bonus to installing a geothermal system is the Federal Tax Credit available, as well as rebates from local utility providers. We are a certified WaterFurnace GeoPro dealer, and have been installing WaterFurnace equipment since 1990.
A large majority of homes and businesses already have conventional heating and cooling systems in place. There are many different combinations available, whether it be a standard split air conditioning system or heat pump, all-in-one packaged system, rooftop system, gas furnace, electric furnace, or any combination of them, we can take care of it. ZONING:
With zoning, you can keep different areas of your home at different temperatures. If you like your bedroom at one temperature and your living room at another, Zoning is your answer. We can work together and design a zoning system for you entire living area. This can be done without adding tonnage or additional units.
DUCTWORK:
Many house plans do not allow enough room for ductwork. Since it is hidden from view, sometimes planning for it fails. EVERY system we install is a custom design to match the customer's needs. We cover every aspect of the system from the amount of air that goes into a room to where the ductwork will lie.
DUCT CLEANING:
The world we live in is full of dust, pollen and other airborne particles.
All of these settle in your ductwork and are recirculated throughout your house every time your unit runs. By having your ductwork cleaned, you can reduce the levels of all these pollutants, helping you and your family breathe easier and your unit to run more efficiently.
Ductless Mini-split heat pump systems have become a very versatile and reliable option for many applications, and they don’t require ductwork. With their variable speed compressors, and blower motors, you end up with a whisper quiet, very efficient option to heat and cool an addition, office space, or even an entire home. We have Gree and Daikin mini-split systems available for almost any application.
